DANSK Collective On a Friday morning, a handful of fashionistas from the Danish fashion community gathered in Søetatens Pigeskole in Copenhagen for the DANSK Collective event. The building had a lovely old atmosphere with wooden floors and high ceilings, but was filled with the newest looks from the danish designer’s collections. Brands such as David Andersen, Maria Black and InWear had their pieces perfectly showcased each with a spokesperson to tell about the collection, and then there was Zarah Voigt who went a bit further and exhibited glass displays filled with her simple jewelry inspired by origami side by side with live cockroaches. Strolling around the room surrounded by people like Eva Kruse, CEO of Copenhagen Fashion Week, and designer Stine Goya, you get a chance to inhale the fashionable atmosphere while a live orchestra played smooth jazz. Guests also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet delivered by Mad&Vin Magasin. Stine Goya showed playful pieces and gold-clusters, David Andersen showcased his dark universe alongside with his newest collaboration with Bianco. Designer Remix had colorful prints and poofy pastel dresses worn by Nadja Bender.
